Rafael Pérez

Rafael Perez has a strong background in business development and investment. Rafael currently serves as the Senior Director of Business Development at Invest Puerto Rico, where Rafael leads efforts to position Puerto Rico competitively in the U.S. market. Prior to this role, Rafael worked as a Trade Commissioner at the Consulate General of Canada in New York, advising and recruiting U.S. businesses for investment. With experience as an Economic Development Consultant and a Real Estate Investment Specialist, Rafael has a proven track record of success in attracting investors and promoting growth. Rafael holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Iona University.
