Misan Omagbitse

Misan Omagbitse is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head of People at Bamboo since March 2023, and as Founder & CEO of Deputy since July 2021. Previously, Misan held the position of Head, People & Culture at Sparkle Nigeria from August 2020 to June 2023, where responsibilities included enhancing workplace culture and employee satisfaction. Misan also worked as HR Manager for CASERS GROUP from September 2019 to August 2020, leading the People Department for several companies under the Omnicom Group. Prior consulting experience includes HR Consultant at HReade and HR Lead at Superbrains Consulting Limited, focusing on strategic HR management and talent acquisition. Misan began career as an HR Associate at SWC and interned as an Organizational Psychologist at Inova Consultancy. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Occupational Psychology from The University of Sheffield and a B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Ghana.
