Hannah Bradshaw

Hannah Bradshaw is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training operations, program management, and client support. Currently serving as Global Training Operations Lead at InvestCloud, Inc. since March 2016, Hannah supports the Head of Learning and Organisational Development through strategic problem-solving and operational enhancements, as well as leading the Global Onboarding Training Program and the DEI Program. Previously, Hannah managed the Innovation Center in Los Angeles, organized events, and facilitated training on IT platforms. At InvestCloud's European Headquarters, Hannah successfully led the establishment of the London office, overseeing recruitment and office setup. Prior roles include Tracking Manager at Northcott Global Solutions, where efficient operations were maintained for a 24-hour tracking team, and Administrator and Client Support at Zephyr Holidays, providing top-notch client service and communication.
