Poulomee Mitra is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the HR- India Lead at InvestCloud, Inc. since June 2025, Poulomee drives the HR function for the India site, focusing on talent strategy, organizational development, and culture transformation. Previously, Poulomee held senior roles in talent acquisition at Calfus Inc., Visa, Standard Chartered Bank, Deutsche Bank, American Express, and other organizations, demonstrating expertise in recruitment and end-to-end talent management. Poulomee holds a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics from Ranchi University.
