Asha Bareja

Asha Bareja has extensive experience in human resources and executive support, most recently serving as HR Lead for Odgers Berndtson India and Executive Assistant to the Education Practice from August 2021 to July 2023. Prior to this role, Asha worked as an Executive Assistant at Amrop and held the position of Community Manager at Lotus Petal Foundation. Asha's career also includes a significant tenure as Sr. Manager at Steria India Ltd and work in the CEO's Office at Amway India Enterprises Private Limited. Asha holds an MBA in HR and Personal Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and completed an Executive Program in Human Resource Development at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
