David Tew

David Tew has extensive work experience in the finance industry. David began their career at Deloitte & Touche SA, where they qualified as a CA(SA) and later worked as a Manager in the Accounting and Auditing Technical division. David then joined Investec, where they held various roles including Head of Private Capital, Johannesburg Head of Growth & Acquisition Finance, Acting CFO of the Investec Property Fund, and Head of Specialised Finance. In these roles, they focused on developing investment banking capabilities, improving business performance, and leading specialized lending areas. David also gained experience in corporate finance, managing transactions for key clients such as Naspers/ Multichoice, Pick 'n Pay, and Investec Property Fund.

David Tew completed their Matric at Hilton College from 1985 to 1990. David then pursued a BCom PGDA degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of Cape Town from 1991 to 1994.
