Dr. Lucrecia Grandolini

Dr. Lucrecia Grandolini has a diverse and extensive work experience. Dr. Lucrecia currently holds the position of Global Head of Learning at Investec since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Investec as Head of Learning and Wellbeing from November 2020 and Head of Learning from November 2017. Before joining Investec, Dr. Grandolini worked as an Organisation Development Consultant at Investec starting from January 2017.

From 2013 to 2017, Dr. Grandolini worked as an Organisation Transformation Consultant at Deloitte, where they focused on designing, developing, and delivering transformational and capability building projects across various industries.

Dr. Lucrecia also worked as a Management Consultant at Silver Lining Advisory Ltd from October 2011 to June 2013.

Dr. Grandolini holds an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology (Distinction) from the London School of Economics, which they completed from August 2010 to August 2011.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Talent Consultant at Piroska, Deak & Asociados, HR Consultancy Firm in Argentina from February 2008 to July 2010. Additionally, they had their own counselling practice as a Child therapist during the same period.

Dr. Lucrecia Grandolini completed their education chronologically as follows:

- From 2002 to 2007, they attended Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with summa cum laude honors.

- In 2010 and 2011, they studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and obtained an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology.

- Finally, from 2019 to 2022, they attended the University of Pennsylvania and received a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Learning and Leadership.
