Dr Yvonne Sum Csp

Dr Yvonne Sum, CSP, currently serves as the Head of Leadership Practice at L'Oreal University Regional Campus for Asia, Middle East, and North Africa since March 2019, focusing on customized leadership development programs. Yvonne has extensive experience in transformation consulting, having played a key role in L'Oreal China's leadership and culture transformation since 2017. As a cofounder of 5Echo and a senior consultant at Mobius Executive Leadership, Yvonne specializes in enhancing senior team performance and leadership development. Other roles include strategic partnerships with Outthinker, Actionable.co, Investible, BlessingWhite, Gnowbe, and The Global Presence, along with serving as a strategic partner at the Institute for Strategic Leadership. Dr Sum holds a Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery (Hons) from the University of Sydney, obtained in 1986.
