Simon Shobrook

Simon Shobrook has extensive work experience in the recruitment and consulting industry. Simon started their career as a Trainee Surveyor at GS Shobrook & Co in 1998. Simon then worked as a Recruiter at Glotel from 2000 to 2003. Following that, they joined Hudson as a Managing Consultant where they provided recruitment services in various specialist fields for nearly 7 years. In 2010, they became a Divisional Manager at CDI, responsible for market identification, business strategy, and client engagement. From 2012 to 2017, they served as the Head of Digital & Consulting at The Fuel Group, leading the London office and focusing on delivering value to customers through Fuel Professional Services. Simon then took a period of leave in 2017 before joining Investigo in 2018 as an Associate Director. In this role, they created and built an IT and Digital practice, developed new products, pricing models, and delivery processes, and successfully delivered managed services contracts worth over £30m.

Simon Shobrook completed their Bachelor of Science in Land Management from the University of Portsmouth between 1994 and 1998. Simon also received a certification as a Best Companies 3 Star Accredited Manager from Best Companies in 2021.
