Amy Wragg

Amy Wragg has a strong background in human resources with over 15 years of experience. Amy is currently working as the Head of HR at Investindustrial. Prior to this, they held various HR leadership roles at CVC Capital Partners, including Head of HR for the UK and Head of HR for Europe. Before joining CVC Capital Partners, Amy worked as a Senior HR Advisor at Thomas Miller and as an HR Officer at Gill Jennings & Every LLP. Amy began their career at Climate Change Capital as an Associate in Human Resources.

Amy Wragg earned a BA Hons in Philosophy and Religious Studies from the University of Kent in 2004-2007. Amy then went on to pursue an MSc in Human Resources from London South Bank University from 2008-2011. In 2011, Amy obtained a certification as a Chartered member of the MCIPD institution.
