Yan Chen

Yan CHEN is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business relationship management and operational improvement. Currently serving as the Head of Operational Improvement at China Investindustrial since December 2022, Yan is also the Founder of Dixons Management Consultancy, which has been operational since April 2020. Previous roles include Expert at Bain & Company from May 2022 to December 2022, Co-CEO at ZUC Zug from January 2019 to February 2020, and Managing Director Investment at Fosun 复星 in mid-2018. Yan holds an MBA from Fordham University and completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School.
