Dr. Ivory Hayes

Ms. Hayes has over 20 + years as an Executive at AT&T; she has the unique ability to leverage innovative methods and leading industry tools to create high-performing teams that complete projects on time and within budget. She specializes in providing organization-wide mentoring and establishing a continuous improvement environment. Colleagues know her as a professional who can always be trusted to develop the right approach and execute in any environment.

Ms. Hayes is passionate about continuous learning and graciously passes on knowledge to the next generation of leaders. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology, Chicago, IL, a Master's Degree in Computer Science from DePaul University, Chicago, IL, and a Certificate in Contract Management from the University of California, Berkley. She served as a board member on Junior Achievement to help them fulfill

their mission to inspire and prepare young people for success. She is an active board member of “Lionshare Corporation” and recently accepted the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) of North Carolina Wellness Centers.

Her results-driven work ethic has been a big part of her advancement. Ms. Hayes continues to increase her knowledge base to stay relevant in the advanced technological environment. She creates and markets her skills to start companies, serve the community, and learn cutting-edge technology. For example, she started her own business, Consulting & More LLC. Ms. Hayes is also the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and Event Planner for Investment Group Partners(IGP).

In a further demonstration of her desire for increased knowledge, she completed her AA in Theology and received her minister's License at “ Mountain Top Faith Ministries.”

Ms. Hayes is a proud mother of her 41- year-old son Sam, a daughter-in-love Kim, and two precious grandsons, Carter, and Jaxon. She resides in Las Vegas, NV. She is very involved with her church. Ms. Hayes also enjoys reading and learning new skills; she will forever be a student. Also, she loves enjoying life and giving back to others.
