Camille Glover

Camille Glover, J.D., CPA has extensive experience in compliance and ethics roles. Camille was the Vice President of Compliance at the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO), where they were responsible for creating and managing the compliance function. Additionally, they worked as the Vice President of Compliance & Ethics at OMERS, where they established a global compliance team. Camille also served as the Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Governance and Compliance at Borealis Infrastructure and its subsidiaries. Prior to these roles, they held positions at Computershare as the Chief Anti-Money Laundering Officer and Director of Compliance, and at RBC as a Senior Counsel, specializing in transfer pricing. Camille played a crucial role in drafting policies and agreements and managing audits. Camille also has experience in education, working as a part-time continuing education instructor at George Brown College. Camille is currently involved in designing a post-graduate certificate program in financial services regulatory compliance and risk for the college.

Camille Glover, J.D., CPA holds a Certificate in Leading Sustainable Strategic Change from Schulich School of Business - York University. Camille received their J.D. in Law from the University of Manitoba and an Hons. BA in Chartered Accounting from the University of Waterloo. Additionally, they have obtained certifications, including the CPA from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Call to the Ontario Bar from The Law Society of Upper Canada.
