Connie Kraemer

Connie Kraemer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Connie is currently working at the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO) as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Enablement, a position they have held since 2020. In this role, they oversee the establishment of the enterprise Project Management Office (PMO), leads the enterprise change management function, champions the standardization of the business process management, and spearheads the vendor relationship management. Connie also facilitated corporate business planning and monitored progress.

Prior to joining IMCO, Connie worked at Manulife in various roles. Connie served as the Global Head of Enterprise PMO & Transformation Delivery Lead from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they held the position of Assistant Vice President at the Program & Project Management CoE / Global Program Office. Connie also served as the Director of Technology Solution Delivery & Strategy Lead, Director of Portfolio Management, and Project Director during their tenure at Manulife.

Connie's earlier experience includes working as a Solution Program Manager at Agfa HealthCare from 2006 to 2011, as an R&D Project Manager at Agfa from 2003 to 2006, as an IT Analyst at Manulife from 2000 to 2003, and as a Senior Analyst at Hewitt Associates from 1998 to 2000.

Overall, Connie Kraemer has proven expertise in strategy and business enablement, project management, change management, business process management, and vendor relationship management. Connie'sextensive experience in these areas makes their a valuable asset in any organization.

Connie Kraemer completed their BA honors in Management Studies with a minor in Economics at the University of Waterloo from 1992 to 1996. Connie then pursued a Masters in Business Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University from 1996 to 1998.
