In this role, David helped entrepreneurs, C-level execs, and investors facilitate sell-side M&A, buy-side M&A, equity/debt capital, and financial advisory services. Before their time at InvestmentBank.com, David was the Vice President at JD Merit, where they helped establish the healthcare practice and provided strategic advisory services for middle-market healthcare groups and facilities, healthcare technology, and medical device companies. David began their career as a Senior Associate at Transition Consultants, where they spent 6 years providing consulting services to clients experiencing transition periods. Throughout their career, David has demonstrated their expertise in the financial industry and has proven to be an invaluable asset to their clients.

David Lopez has a degree in Economics from York University. David also has financial industry regulatory authority (FINRA) Series 63 and 82 licenses. In addition, they are a certified M&A advisor (CM&AA) through the Alliance of M&A Advisors. Finally, they are a licensed sales person through the California Department of Real Estate.
