Crystal Pennypacker

Crystal Pennypacker currently serves as a Client Services Administrator at Investors Trust Company, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Crystal was a Customer Implementation Specialist at Surround Medical Systems, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing the implementation of advanced dental imaging technology and achieving a high resolution rate for customer inquiries. Prior to that, Crystal worked in inside sales at Lowe's Pro Supply and successfully managed large-scale projects while driving significant profit recovery initiatives. Crystal also has experience as a 7th Grade Science Teacher at Carroll Magnet Middle School, where teaching methods were adapted to enhance student learning outcomes, and began a career as a coffee barista at Starbucks. Crystal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Middle Grades Science Education from North Carolina State University and an Associate of Arts degree from Wake Technical Community College.
