Roxana Bica

Roxana Bica is a Senior Associate in Venture Capital at Investissement Québec, focusing on Series A investments and beyond since August 2023. Bica also serves as a Board Observer for multiple companies, including Busbud, Hopper, Näak, Imeka, and Opalia, all starting in 2024. Previously, Bica held the position of Associate in Private Equity at Fiera Comox Partners from August 2022 to April 2023 and worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Stifel Financial Corp. from June 2020 to July 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Scotiabank and a Private Equity Intern at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ). Roxana Bica earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from Concordia University (2016-2019) and completed 30 credits toward a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at McGill University (2015-2016).
