Susan Wenograd has a diverse and extensive work experience in marketing and advertising. Susan started their career as a Partner at Five Mill, Inc., where they oversaw clients in the B2C space and focused on Facebook Ads and paid search advertising. During their time at Five Mill, Inc., they built out the Facebook Ads discipline within the agency as a core offering.

Susan then worked at Aimclear® as an Account Group Director, where they oversaw strategy and results for a portfolio of clients in both lead generation and e-commerce. Susan also spearheaded new business development and represented Aimclear's philosophies as a conference speaker and trainer.

Susan later became the Chief Marketing Officer at Aimclear®, leading the strategic vision for multiple clients and working with account services to maximize their results. Susan specialized in paid search, paid social, email marketing, audience segmentation, and creative strategy.

Susan also worked at Marketing Land, where they contributed as a freelance writer, and at Search Engine Journal as a paid media reporter and freelance columnist.

In their recent roles, Susan served as the Director of Paid Customer Acquisition at Nextiva, responsible for B2B paid demand generation. Susan then became the VP of Performance Marketing at Marpipe, leading customer acquisition and demand generation marketing strategy for a VC-backed SaaS company.

Susan has also founded their own company, Can'tdles, where they currently serve as the Founder and Head of Everything.

Prior to their current roles, Susan worked as a Growth & Demand Generation Consultant at SmartSpark LLC, specializing in driving demand generation and customer acquisition through paid media, content amplification, and email marketing.

Currently, Susan holds the position of Fractional Head of Marketing at both Wynter and Inveterate, Inc., leveraging their expertise to drive marketing strategies for these companies.

Susan Wenograd received their Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Drexel University in 2002. Susan then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Walden University in 2007.
