Hrvoje Pavisic

Hrvoje Pavisic has a diverse work experience in finance, business development, and mentorship. Hrvoje started their career founding ADAPTO Desk in 2014 and later worked at Deegeetal as a Business Development Associate. Hrvoje then moved to Dell Technologies, where they held roles as a Financial Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Advisor, and Finance Lead. In 2020, they joined MassChallenge as a Startup Mentor before becoming the Head of Strategic Finance at Invicro in 2022.

Hrvoje Pavisic holds a Master's Degree in Analysis and Business Planning from the Faculty of Economics & Business Zagreb, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the same institution. In 2013, they completed the Leadership Academy by Sam Potolicchio at the Preparing Global Leaders Forum (PGLF). Additionally, they obtained an Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) from IIBA in 2017 and a Business English Certificate from the British Council in 2014.
