Lisa Finn, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources. Lisa has held roles such as Director of Human Resources at Invicro, Director of Human Resources Business Partnerships at Commonwealth Care Alliance, and Human Resources Director at Rubino & Company, Chartered. Lisa has also worked in various managerial and strategic HR roles at organizations like The AES Corporation, Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, and Unisys. Lisa'sexperience spans from employee assistance programs to family services casework.

Lisa Finn holds a BA in Psychology and Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, completed in 2002. Lisa furthered their education by earning an MA in Social Work with a focus on Employee Assistance Programs from the University of Maryland Baltimore in 2006. Subsequently, they pursued a field of study in Human Resources at George Mason University in 2009. Lisa has obtained additional certifications in Human Resources, including a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) in 2009, Certified Professional Coach (CPC) in 2010, and most recently, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in 2022.
