Jonny Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Jonny began their career in 2009 as a Community Natural Resource Advisor in the United States Peace Corps. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at Blackbaud, starting as a Senior Educational Consultant and later progressing to the role of Manager, Customer Success - Higher Education. In these positions, Jonny focused on customer success, adoption, and strategy, and also conducted organizational needs analysis and provided training and support for clients. In 2019, they joined Invicti Security as Director of Customer Success, where they played a key role in securing web applications for a wide range of organizations. Recently, they have been serving as the Vice President of Customer Success, overseeing operations and teams for both private and government sector customers in North and South America.

Jonny Thompson earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Writing from Northern Vermont University in 2009. Jonny then pursued a degree in Web Development from The University of Texas at Austin, completing their studies in 2013. Later, from 2014 to 2017, Jonny obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Technology Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
