Karl Gonzi

Karl Gonzi is the current General Manager for Malta at Invicti. Prior to this, they were the HR Manager at NetRefer from December 2018 to September 2020. At NetRefer, Karl was responsible for developing and driving people programs and processes from start to finish. Karl also analyzed trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

Before their time at NetRefer, Karl was an HR Business Partner (contract) at Kindred Group plc from September 2017 to June 2018. Karl then became the HR Manager at The Co-operative Group from April 2016 to June 2018. During their time as the Director HR for EMEA at Intrapay, Karl was responsible for Intrapay's employee relations, recruitment, and talent management across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Karl started their career as an HR Business Adviser/Partner (contracts) in 2012 and has continued to work freelance in this capacity until 2016 when they joined The Co-operative Group.

Throughout their career, Karl has been responsible for developing effective relationships and providing guidance to employees. Karl is an expert in their field with a proven track record in introducing automation to reduce cost and optimize performance. Karl is also skilled in establishing company-wide competency frameworks and talent management programs.

Karl Gonzi earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Human Resources from Fachhochschule Osnabrück and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Resources Management from Teesside University.

They are on a team with John Mandel - SVP, Engineering, John Andrews - VP, Global Channel, Acunetix & Netsparker, and Mike Mattos - SVP, Customer Success. Karl Gonzi reports to Michael George, CEO.
