Erin Graceffa has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Erin started their career as a Research Assistant for the Engaging Computing Group at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where they contributed to the iSENSE project and troubleshooted issues for users. Erin then worked as a Hardware Engineering Co-op at EMC, where they automated testing processes using Python and tested hardware components. Erin also gained experience as a Biomedical Research Technician at Flow Forward Medical, Inc., where they conducted experiments on medical devices and analyzed data for presentations to the project team.

Erin's passion for medical devices led their to work at Abbott as a Product Analysis Engineer, where they analyzed returned products and investigated customer complaints to identify potential failure modes and ensure patient safety. Erin then joined Abiomed as a Post Market Quality Engineer, taking on responsibilities such as conducting failure investigations, leading post-market quality assurance, and acting as a liaison between the business and customers.

In addition to their experiences in the medical field, Erin also worked as a Product Specialist at Fluigent, where they provided technical support to customers and developed configurations for micro-fluidic experiments.
