Chad Hinkle

Chad Hinkle is an experienced professional in operations and consumer behavior with a diverse background in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for AI Training at Invisible since October 2024, Chad previously held various positions at Proactive Worldwide, including Associate Director and Engagement Manager, from March 2020 to October 2024. Prior experience includes ownership of CHMR, LLC. from January 2016 to March 2020, and managerial roles at Pampered Chef, as well as directorial positions at The Sound: Exploration Strategy Innovation and Insights in Marketing. Chad’s career began at Imagination At Work, Inc., where significant contributions were made as Vice President of R&D. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
