Mattan Griffel's work experience includes roles at various companies and organizations. Mattan is currently a Partner and Senior Vice President of Talent Strategy & Performance at Invisible, an operations innovation company. Mattan is also an Advisor at the same company. Prior to this, they served as a Lang Coach at Eugene M. Lang Entrepreneurship Center at Columbia Business School and as a Member of YPO. Mattan has also worked as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Business at Columbia University - Columbia Business School. Additionally, they co-founded and served as the President of Ophelia, a company focused on making evidence-based addiction treatment accessible. Mattan was also the Co-Founder and Chairman of One Month, an online learning platform, where they later became the CEO. In previous roles, they served as the NYC Ambassador at Sandbox, a Partner at GrowHack, and the CEO and Founder of The Front Labs.

Mattan Griffel attended Y Combinator from 2013 to 2020, where they obtained a degree in Summer 2013 and Winter 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Philosophy from NYU Stern School of Business, graduating in 2010. Mattan also obtained a certification in One Month Rails from One Month in 2016.
