Stephane Bessa

Stephane Bessa is currently serving as a Partner and AIT Operations Manager at Invisible Technologies Inc., focusing on AI enablement consulting and managing client relationships from onboarding to financials. Previously, Stephane held the position of Regional Operations Manager at Linde, overseeing operations across 11 departments in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Prior to this role, Stephane gained extensive experience at Sitel Group as Operations Manager for Airbnb, senior team leader for Abbott, and team leader for Intuit, managing teams of customer care agents in various markets. Stephane began the career as a customer service representative at Concentrix and also worked as a graphic designer at PlasticColors. Stephane holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Instituto Politécnico de Bragança.
