Melissa M. has a diverse work experience across various companies. Melissa started their career at the Center for Regional Development as an Information Technology Project Manager, where they managed technical HR and Financial projects across multiple countries. Melissa then joined IBM as a Senior Consultant and later as a Managing Consultant in Global Business Services. In these roles, they collaborated with clients to analyze their business issues and develop strategic plans, particularly in HR and Financial ERP cloud solutions. Melissa also implemented change management planning for SAP and Workday implementations. Melissa later joined Sicuro Business & Technology Solutions, LLC as a Director of Business Transformation, where they drove the strategic direction for business transformation processes and system applications in the financial services industry. Currently, they are working at Invisors as an Area Manager, leading change management and operational readiness efforts for Workday projects. Melissa partners with client leadership to define operational readiness strategies and develop support models for user engagement and adoption. Melissa is also responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks and barriers to productivity, as well as developing communication and training strategies.
