Jonathan Kingsepp has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Jonathan is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Invisory, a position they started in 2023. Prior to this, they founded NorthBound Solutions in 2001, a company that has successfully navigated through various industry changes and economic conditions.

Jonathan has held several leadership positions in the technology industry. From 2019 to 2023, they worked at Tackle.io, where they handled various roles, including Head of Treasury and Investor Relations, Senior Director of Data, Analytics, and Sales Operations, and Senior Director of Ecosystem Business Development and Microsoft Partnerships. During their time at Tackle.io, they successfully expanded partnerships with hyper-scale cloud providers and led negotiations for onboarding RedHat Marketplace by IBM.

In these roles, they focused on developing joint offerings, delivering enablement training, and driving revenue growth through focused account plays.

Jonathan started their career at First Chicago NBD Bank and later held positions at Fitch Ratings, eReliable Inc., and Advisa Group, where they gained experience in business development and account management.
