Erica Rials

Erica Rials, MBA, PMP, is a seasoned Senior Project Manager in the Enterprise PMO at Invitation Homes, with a wealth of experience in project management across various organizations. Previously, Erica held multiple roles at Renaissance Learning, culminating as Project Manager III, where responsibilities included managing SaaS Assessment programs and mentoring new project managers. Erica effectively led cross-functional teams, collaborated on software enhancements, and presented key data to C-suite clients. Earlier experience includes commercial property management at The Pro Team Realtors, where Erica significantly expanded rental portfolio ownership and managed multiple business accounts, as well as a Teller Operations Specialist role at Bank of America.
