Guadalupe "Lupe" Raymond has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Guadalupe "Lupe" currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at RPBI - Reliable Physician's Billing Inc. since October 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Licensed Behavior Specialist and Behavior Consultant at Achieving True Self starting in November 2021. Before that, they worked as an ESE Lead Teacher at Invo HealthCare - Progressus Therapy since October 2019. Lupe also has experience as a Principal/Director at Achievers Day School from August 2018 to October 2019. Guadalupe "Lupe" started their career as a Teacher at Bayaan Academy from August 2016 to August 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Registered Behavior Technician at Butterly Effects LLC from February 2010 to December 2016. Lastly, they served as an ESE Director at American Youth Academy from August 2012 to June 2016.

Guadalupe "Lupe" Raymond obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Special Education and Teaching from Grand Canyon University, which was completed from 1998 to 2010. Guadalupe "Lupe" then pursued a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Organizational Leadership with an Emphasis in Behavioral Health at Grand Canyon University, which is expected to be completed from 2017 to 2023. In addition to their degrees, Lupe Raymond has obtained several certifications, including Licensed Behavior Specialist - LBS from the Pennsylvania Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs in 2022, Advisory Board Appointee for Board Certification Programs from NASET's Advisory Council for Board Certification Programs in 2021, Florida Child Care and Education Program from the Florida Department of Children and Families in 2018, Board Certified Special Education Professional from the National Association for Special Education Teachers in 2010, Staff Credential Certification from the Florida Department of Children and Families in 2009, and Registered Behavior Technician from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in January 2022.
