Dave Cockle

Dave Cockle has held a variety of roles in the finance sector since 2005. Dave began their career as a Retail Branch Manager at Lloyds Banking Group's Hanham Branch, where they were responsible for the smooth running of sales targets and the management of 14 Branch Staff and 4 sellers. In 2008, they were promoted to Senior Commercial Manager at Lloyds Banking Group, where they led a team of 8 Commercial Managers and managed a lending book of around £40 million. In 2011, they moved to Banco Santander as Regional Manager, where they led a team of 10-15 Commercial Managers and was involved in the development and integration of a new business banking proposition. In 2013, they joined RBS Invoice Finance as Head of Business Development, and in 2016 they were appointed Director at DAC Business Services Ltd and UK Managing Director / Advisory at invocap, a cutting-edge FinTech based in the UK. In 2019, they joined Resi as a Specialist Property Funding Advisor, Commercial Director - Resi Finance, Interim Sales Director and Supply Connect Director. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Director of Mortgages at Mortgages Warehouse.

Dave Cockle attended Hanham High School from 1991 to 1999. In 2010, they obtained a Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice from The London Institute of Banking & Finance. From 2015 to 2016, they earned a Diploma from The Chartered Banker Institute in the field of Lending.
