Franciele Silva

Franciele Silva has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Franciele is currently working at Involves as a Product Designer, where they are responsible for all stages of the design process. Prior to this, they worked as a Designer de Produto at Auvo Tecnologia, where they were part of the Product team and engaged in various activities such as data analysis, user research, prototyping, and usability testing. Franciele also had a previous stint at Involves as a Designer de produtos, collaborating with Product Managers and Developers in squad format. Additionally, they worked as an Analyst of Customer Experience at Involves, where they conducted analysis of customer support metrics, interviewed clients, and collaborated with the Product and Development teams. Franciele also gained experience in customer support and relationship management at Involves, where they resolved support tickets and analyzed system behaviors. Lastly, they worked at FORS as a Fashion Designer and Stylist, where they conducted trend research and developed clothing collections.

- From 2017 to 2018, they pursued a Post-Graduation degree in User-Centered Design at Universidade Positivo.

- Between 2015 and 2017, Franciele attended USJ - Centro Universitário Municipal de São José, where they earned a Technologist degree in Analysis and Systems Development.
