Baljeet Singh's work experience can be summarized as follows:

Baljeet began their career as a Senior Consultant at Alventive, where they customized software for strategic clients such as Microsoft and Celestica.

Baljeet then worked at Updata Partners as a Summer Associate, sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities in enterprise software growth-stage companies.

Baljeet joined DoubleClick as a Product Director, where they built and launched DoubleClick/DART Sales Manager, a tool for online media publishers, successfully growing the customer base and generating millions in revenue.

At Google, Baljeet served as a Product Manager, where they built and developed AdSense for video and DoubleClick Video products, integrating the two to create a unified video advertising roadmap.

Baljeet then moved to YouTube, serving as a Group Product Manager, leading the monetization product team and launching features for educational contexts. Baljeet also prototyped the YouTube Kids app, securing buy-in for its launch.
