Andrew Okraski

Andrew Okraski has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Andrew started their career as the Director of Manufacturing and Materials Manager at Hand Held Products, where they oversaw purchasing, planning, assembly, and shipping/receiving functions. Andrew also implemented and maintained an MRP system for efficient planning and inventory control.

After that, Andrew served as a Sr. Project Manager at Hand Held Products, where they managed new product development projects in the mobile computer industry. Andrew was responsible for creating and updating project plans, coordinating deliverables, and presenting progress to stakeholders.

Later, Andrew became the Sr. Manager of Program Management at Hand Held Products. In this role, they had program management responsibility for multiple product lines and administrative responsibility for the engineering department. Andrew collaborated with product marketing and customers to define product roadmap and requirements, and was responsible for completing projects within cost, schedule, and performance needs.

Following this, Andrew joined Honeywell Scanning & Mobility as an Engineering Manager, where they were responsible for the company's new product development process. Andrew collaborated with the executive team to manage the new product portfolio and coordinated process improvements with various technical and non-technical disciplines.

Currently, Andrew is working at InVue Security Products as a Sr. Program Manager. Andrew manages a team of program managers responsible for new product development. Their primary responsibilities include managing cross-functional project teams, managing engineering resources, defining and implementing process improvements, and interacting with international manufacturing partners.

Andrew Okraski obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University, where they studied from 1984 to 1989. Andrew then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida between 1990 and 1992.
