Cassie Glover has extensive work experience in customer support and account management roles. Cassie began their career at Verizon Wireless in 2012, where they started as a Customer Advocate, providing customer service and troubleshooting assistance. Cassie then worked as an Experience Specialist, facilitating wireless workshops and increasing sales through interactive demonstrations. Cassie then became a Solutions Specialist, analyzing customer needs and recommending value-added solutions. Cassie was promoted to Solutions Manager, leading a team and resolving customer issues.

In 2019, Cassie joined InVue as an Account Support Specialist, where they coordinated with supply chain and warehouse teams to prioritize orders and acted as a liaison between customers, the business development team, and the finance department. Cassie was later promoted to Account Support Team Lead, where they implemented policies and procedures to exceed customer service standards and managed complex customer-facing issues. Currently, Cassie works as the Customer Support Manager at InVue, where they recruit and mentors account support specialists, provides feedback, and implements policies to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
