Konstantin Barzilovich

Konstantin Barzilovich has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Konstantin currently works as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Inworld AI since December 2022. Prior to that, they were an Engineering Team Lead at Giant.AI from November 2020 to July 2022, where they led a team in developing a framework for training RL on real environments. Konstantin also worked as a Tools Engineer at Giant.AI from July 2020 to October 2020.

Before joining Giant.AI, Barzilovich worked at Yandex as a Software Developer from August 2019 to June 2020, where they specialized in Computer Vision and Sequence Prediction tasks. Konstantin built a production-ready model for weather prediction based on image sequences and utilized Tensorflow.

From September 2018 to August 2019, Barzilovich served as a Machine Learning Engineer and CV Engineer at Huawei. In this role, they conducted research and development in CV and deep learning, specifically in OCR (text detection and recognition) and style transfer. Konstantin also designed and trained Tensorflow models.

Prior to that, Barzilovich worked at EPAM Systems as a Senior Big Data Engineer from May 2018 to August 2018. Konstantin developed ETL pipelines based on Data Lake using technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Sqoop, and Zookeeper. Additionally, they developed a Spring Rest Service for Hive connections management and conducted unit, load, and performance testing. Barzilovich also served as a Big Data Engineer at EPAM Systems from November 2016 to May 2018, where they performed similar responsibilities.

Barzilovich's earlier experiences include working as a Software Developer at Oracle from May 2014 to October 2016 and as an Engineer-Developer at Morion Inc. from April 2012 to May 2014.

Konstantin Barzilovich completed their education in 2012 at Saint Petersburg State University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Plasma Physics. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Hortonworks Spark Developer in June 2017, Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 8 Programmer in August 2016, and Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer in April 2016.
