ROKIBUL HASAN BHUIYAN is an experienced SysOps Engineer and Senior Application Support Analyst at INX Software since September 2021, specializing in complex configuration issues and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, ROKIBUL served as an M365 Business Technical Advisor at Sherweb from September 2020 to September 2021, achieving exceptional resolution throughput. ROKIBUL also contributed as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Concordia University, where assistance was provided in digital system design and VHDL code debugging. Initial experience includes an IoT Trainee position at DataSoft Systems Bangladesh Limited, focused on developing an IoT-based courier system. ROKIBUL holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Concordia University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Islamic University of Technology.
