Jonathan Barreras

Jonathan Barreras is a skilled Technical Artist with extensive experience in the gaming and animation industries. Currently employed at inXile Entertainment since September 2019, Jonathan specializes in rigging. Prior roles include contract positions at ICONIC ENGINE, where responsibilities encompassed interactive chair animation, world building, and shader authoring, and at Digital Domain, focusing on asset management and animation implementation. Jonathan's experience spans various positions at reputable companies such as Blind Squirrel Games, Digital Domain Interactive, and Glu Mobile, where expertise in VFX, animation, and 3D modeling was applied to numerous projects. Jonathan holds a BS in Media Arts and Animation from the Art Institute of California-Orange County, earned between 2008 and 2011.
