Livia Shallon

Livia Shallon is a seasoned User Experience Researcher currently working at INZMO since February 2023, focusing on developing evidence-based products that meet customer needs. Prior experience includes freelancing as a UX Researcher and a role at THE NEXT NOW where Livia conducted user research and co-created customer journeys. Livia has a background in international development, having served as a Team Coordination Officer for Climate-KIC and as an International Development Consultant, working with organizations such as the UN-IFAD and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Further expertise encompasses research management with the Migration Hub Network and policy advisory work with the International Fund for Agricultural Development. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Gender and Development from the Institute of Development Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Hunter College.
