Paul D.

Paul D. has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Paul started their career as a Study Coordinator at California Clinical Trials in 1990 and then moved on to work as a CRA at Parexel from 1992 to 1994. In 1996, they joined Amgen as Director of Clinical Operations, where they stayed until 2013. Paul then worked at Gilead Sciences for two years as a member of the Clinical Operations team. From 2015 to 2017, they served as Senior Director of Clinical Operations at AbbVie. In 2018, Paul held two positions: Senior Director Clinical Operations Head at Proteus Digital Health, Inc and Senior Clinical Program Leader at Genentech. Starting in 2020, they became Vice President of Clinical Operations at Arcus Biosciences. Currently, Paul is Senior Vice President of Development Operations at IO Biotech as of November 2022.

Paul D. attended Santa Monica College from 1985 to 1987. Paul then transferred to UC Irvine, where they pursued a degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from 1987 to 1990.
