Sjors Metz

Sjors Metz is a seasoned UX and Service Designer currently serving as a Senior UX & Service Designer at iO since September 2022, where responsibilities include assisting major clients with digital transformation and innovative solution design. In addition to this role, Sjors co-founded UTCA Brews in March 2022, a gypsy brewery that began as a hobby. Previous experience includes positions as a UX Designer at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and PostNL, and as an Interaction Designer at Informaat, among other roles focused on enhancing customer experiences in various organizations. Sjors holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Multimedia Design from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and graduated from Stedelijk Gymnasium 's-Hertogenbosch with a focus on Economics and Society.
