Dr. Saji P A

Dr. Saji P A is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Director at Microhard Infotech L.L.C since February 2002 and Managing Director at IOLITE Technologies since January 2010. Dr. Saji holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational Behavior Studies from Alliance University Business School, earned between July 2018 and May 2022, and is currently expanding expertise through the MIT Sloan Executive Education program from March 2024 to July 2024. Additionally, Dr. Saji obtained an Engineer's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Bangalore University, completing the program from 1984 to 1988.
