Freda Tetrault

Freda Tetrault has worked in the talent acquisition field since 1988. Freda began their career as a Program Specialist for the US Dept of Agriculture, FNS-FSP, Mid Atlantic Region. In 1998, they moved to Lockheed Martin, formerly SYTEX, Inc., as a Recruiting Manager. In 2005, they became the Talent Acquisition Leader, Global Diversity and Inclusion Center of Excellence, and in 2009, they were promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. In 2017, Freda joined IOMAXIS as the Director, Talent Acquisition, where they provide leadership and direction to efforts addressing talent attraction, capture, hiring and retention of talent.

Freda Tetrault earned their Bachelor of Science in Management Studies and HR from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2009. Freda is currently enrolled at Colorado Technical University.
