Kim Cooper

Kim Cooper has over 13 years of professional experience in the field of cyber operations. Kim began their career in 2007 as a Liaison for Project Foundry. In 2010, they joined the 3rd Infantry Division/Combined Joint Taskforce as a Signals Intelligence Technician, where they provided subject matter expertise and guidance to line staff, supervisors, and leadership. In 2014, Kim became the Operations Manager for the 103rd Combat Mission Team, where they led, trained, and mentored a team of 45 Analysts. In 2018, Kim joined the Joint Special Operations Command as the Chief Technical Advisor, leading a highly specialized team of 20 personnel. Kim also joined the Joint Forces HQ, Cyber Command in 2018 as the Director of Operations, providing technical advice and guidance to senior leaders. Currently, Kim is the Cyber Technical Lead at IOMAXIS.

Kim Cooper attended the University of Phoenix from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
