Sonja Lacher

Sonja Lacher has a diverse work experience in the field of scientific research and education. Sonja is currently working as a Senior Scientist at iOmx Therapeutics AG since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at LMU Klinikum München as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist from March 2019 to February 2022, and from March 2019 to July 2020. Sonja also worked at Pharmaakademie GmbH & Co. KG as an Education: Clinical Research Associate from October 2018 to February 2019. Additionally, they gained experience at Universitätsmedizin Mainz as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist from November 2017 to March 2018, and as a PHD Student from November 2012 to November 2017. Sonja also completed an International Internship at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre in October 2011. Sonja started their career with an Industrial Internship at SYNLAB Analytics & Services in August 2010.

Sonja Lacher completed their education history as follows:

From 1998 to 2007, they attended Wolfram-von-Eschenbach Gymnasium and earned their Abitur (German High School Certificate) with a focus on High School.

In 2007, they enrolled at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biology, which they completed in 2010.

Following their Bachelor's degree, from 2010 to 2012, Sonja Lacher attended FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg again and obtained their Master of Science in Cell- and Molecular Biology.

Continuing their academic journey, they joined Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz in 2012 and worked in the field of Immunology (Biology). Sonja completed their studies in 2017, achieving a doctoral degree, Dr. rer. nat., in Immunology.
