Daniel Gonzalez

Daniel Gonzalez is an experienced Electro Mechanical Engineer currently employed at IBA since February 2019, specializing in the Proton Therapy System with a focus on patient treatment, troubleshooting, and quality assurance. Prior to this role, Daniel worked as a Biomedical Engineering Technician I at Baptist Health South Florida from December 2017 to February 2019, where responsibilities included the installation and repair of complex biomedical equipment. Daniel also completed an internship in Biomedical Engineering at Baptist Health South Florida, gaining practical experience in equipment repairs. Before entering the biomedical field, Daniel served in the United States Marine Corps from July 2008 to December 2010, where valuable skills in leadership and teamwork were developed during deployments to combat zones. Daniel holds degrees in Electronics Engineering Technology and Business Administration from Miami Dade College.
