Jeffrey Merrill

Jeffrey Merrill has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Jeffrey is currently the Director of Operations for North America at IBA. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Manager at Varian Medical Systems for five years, where they successfully managed multiple proton therapy centers and consistently increased the gross margin of the business unit. Before that, they were the VP of Services at Agfa Healthcare, where they were responsible for turning around declining revenue and margins. Jeffrey also held various roles at Toshiba America Medical Systems and Agfa HealthCare, where they demonstrated their skills in strategic leadership, P&L management, customer service, and relationship management. Throughout their career, Merrill has consistently achieved outstanding results and has been recognized for their contributions.

Jeffrey Merrill obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Electronics from RETS Electronics Institution. Jeffrey also holds additional certifications, including "Fighting Gender Bias in the Workplace" from LinkedIn (obtained in 2023) and "The Science of Well-Being" from Yale University (obtained in 2020).
