Jin Wong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service desk management and technical support. Currently serving as the Global Service Desk Manager at ION since January 2021, Jin is responsible for establishing and developing a new service desk team. Prior to this role, Jin worked as a Senior Service Desk & Trading Support Analyst at Fidessa, providing support for the Fidessa front-end application across various asset classes. Jin's experience also includes working at Citi as part of the APAC Electronic Executions Support team, where valuable contributions were made to maintain key algorithmic trading engines. Earlier career roles involved Murex support analysis and project management in environmental initiatives with SIFE Nottingham. Jin holds a BSc (Joint Honors) in Computer Science and Management from the University of Nottingham.
