Kevin Hays has a strong background in product development and research, spanning multiple roles and companies. Kevin joined Ionblox, Inc. in 2018 and has held various positions within the company, including Director of Product Development and Senior Research Scientist. Prior to joining Ionblox, Inc., they worked at Oak Ridge National Laboratory as a Post Doc, focusing on advanced electrode architecture development. Kevin'swork experience demonstrates a deep knowledge of product development and research in the energy sector.

Kevin Hays obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Salisbury University, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. Kevin then pursued further education and completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemistry at The George Washington University from 2009 to 2016.
