Caitlyn Moylan has a diverse work experience starting from 2014. Caitlyn worked as a Cultural Resource Center Intern at Consortium of Toledo in 2014. In 2015, they co-founded 6 Desserts and served as a Co-Founder till 2016. Later in 2015, they joined Target as an Executive Team Lead Intern and then promoted to Executive Team Lead in 2016, working until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Zendesk in various roles, including Sales Development Representative, Account Executive - SMB, Enterprise Corporate Account Executive, and Customer Success Consultant. In 2022, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Planhat and is currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Ionic since 2023.

Caitlyn Moylan completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Entrepreneurship at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2012 to 2016. In 2014, they also obtained a Diploma of Hispanic, Latin American and European Studies in Spanish Language and Culture from Fundación Jose Ortega Y Gasset.
